I was in town on business and stopped by the spa for a massage after a very long day of traveling. After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant but I thought I would try. I went in and the woman greeted me was very kind. She did not speak English well but Google translate worked fine to solve this problem. I had an amazing experience at ELEMENTS Spa recently! The girls were incredibly skilled, beautiful, and had a perfect body. They provided me with a true satisfication. The spa itself has a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax. I’m already planning my next visit!
Saw them on the news. You can immediately tell by those photos of the “workers” they pulled from Google what kind of business they run.
The 4+ star rating is from the old owners. New owners don’t speak English, only take cash, and are very um, intimate. It was a shocking experience, and humorous only because we had a couples massage booked. This isn’t your typical ‘everything is covered except what’s getting massaged’ massage, so beware!
The new owners do not speak English which is fine if they had someone there to accurately translate, which they do not. I had a gift certificate that was purchased for me in May and haven’t had time to go in. I did not realize there are new owners now and they barely took my gift certificate (nothing on the website or in the salon says they don’t take gift certificates from precious owner AND I texted to be sure it could still be taken which I was told yes.)
