I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, May 30th at 11:00 AM. I went to the location, but it was closed. I also sent a text message and did not receive a response. Since then, there has been no follow-up communication from anyone. I confirmed the appointment beforehand, so I’m confused about what happened. At this point, I’m honestly starting to question whether this is even a legitimate business.

After scheduling my first appointment I was reached out to via text and told that the esthetician’s schedule had changed and my appointment was canceled. The text asked how they could accommodate, but I was ghosted after I replied. A few months later I tried to schedule again and when I showed up to the location the spa was closed. When I called their number, the person on the phone said the esthetician had an emergency and that they would reach back out to me to reschedule. I was then ghosted again. I had an absolutely amazing experience at elements! The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff members are very friendly and informative. I can’t wait to come back to see Trista and Maria.
