I'm so happy with this Colon Hydrotherapy treatment I had yesterday. Kell is so clear with it all and makes you feel as comfortable as possible, and the space is nice too. It was amazing to be able to see how the treatment works and I feel like my gut is healthier, my skin has had a glow, and I feel clearer. I also feel like I have the opportunity to make better decisions about what to eat, now that I've emptied out quite a bit of built up toxins. I will be back when needed again. Only place I'd go for a colonic. The place feels sterile and extremely clean but also serene at the same time. Kelly is very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I have so much more energy and feel less bloated since visiting Elements of Vitality.
Kelly helped me to feel safe and comfortable while being professional and knowing when to lighten the mood. Prior to the cleanse I was given easy to understand information and afterwards Kelly explained stages of adjusting to life post colonic such as feeling light and relaxed.
