Really like the selection of items. Tend to go here at Xmas time for nice gifts. Always had a pleasant experience until I went to return or exchange a gift to my son that didn’t fit. They read me the return policy at the bottom of the receipt which is very inflexible. No exchanges, refunds or store credit after a short period of time (something like two weeks). Ridiculously expensive. Owner was beyond rude. My mom has spent a ton of money here furnishing her home but when I visited, I was treated like trash. Don't waste your time - much better selection of furnishings at Calla & the people there are actually friendly. Edit: that is correct. I would not come up as a customer because I didn't end up purchasing anything.
I have shopped here in the past but will no longer be supporting this store based on recent interactions. I would recommend shopping at another small business that is more appreciative & supportive of their customers & community. Edit: I have not mixed them up with another company in the area. I may not be in their data base because this is my maiden name. Do not waste your time with this store.
Christian and company are fantastic to work with be it a table, or lighting that's special order. I ordered a birthday present for my wife that was unfortunately unable to come in from their supplier, not only did they keep the lines of communication open and honest with me they found an alternative supplier got it in before my wife's birthday and because of their frustration even gave me a gift card. We've bought from them since we moved here in 2018 and will continue for as long as we're in the area.
