I had an incredible massage. All the therapists are skilled, attentive, and really listened to what areas needed the most work. The environment was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free. Highly recommend to anyone needing real relief. :)
My massage here was absolutely amazing!! Vincent was my masseuse and he was the best person for the job. I have hypermobile joints so he focused primarily on neuro-skeletal work and myofascial release and massage. As a practicing LMT myself, I tend to get tension and knots in my upper back, deltoids, and lats. I went in today for a session with Vincent and walked out an hour later feeling completely rejuvenated. Vincent did a fantastic job! He took time to talk to me about what he was doing and why. I explained to him about my car accident and he knew exactly what to target. He was very knowledgeable about injuries and certain areas he was working on because of that. I felt better just after my first session!
I lucked out with Catherine. She is a master who heals body and soul and I am grateful to have a safe space with someone I trust.
