Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Received a gift card from my daughter who also scheduled a massage for me. When I arrived I was informed that the gift card was for another location and wouldn’t work there, which is fine, except they then charged me a $60 cancellation fee I was never even made aware of. My first visit to this establishment was a wonderful experience. The facility was clean and welcoming. The front desk ladies are friendly and helpful. Vincent L was my masseuse. I’m impressed that he was able to immediately identify my problem spots and provide relief. I will definitely be coming back regularly!
From the second I walked in, Ella greeted me and was so incredibly kind and welcoming! Not to mention the owners are incredibly sweet and caring! I saw Bobby and he was absolutely amazing! I expressed my areas of concern and made sure to apply extra care and attention. He worked out all of my knots and relieved the migraine I went in with. I will hands down be returning for another massage with Bobby!
I was greeted by two ladies at the front desk who were both welcoming, inviting, and had great energy. They really made me feel special as a first time guest. My masseuse Lacey did an amazing job loosening up my problem areas and asking questions along the way to make sure I was comfortable. Upon departure, Aretha explained the membership process and was very professional and informative on how it works. Overall, I had an amazing experience.
Katherine is amazing!! She is so great at customizing my massage experience & releasing tension from all the areas I need her to. I especially love getting foot massages and highly recommend the foot scrub! I'm so grateful I found this place and will be continuing my membership!
