Bad business practices. I thought I canceled in February but I have been continually charged $90.00 every month since then. I’ve paid in excess of $630 for services I’ve never used. It is my fault for not releasing until now that I’m still being charged but I thought I had canceled and that was it. Now I hear I need to wait for an email and fill out a form me to cancel. On top of that, I’ll get charges one more time before it actually cancels. Son that’s $700+ down the drain.
Lucas was the absolute best! He did a great job of explaining every step of my facial, and using the perfect products for my skin. The service was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward!
