First time experiencing a massage. And let’s just say it did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be doing this monthly as a treat to myself. My therapist was Mariah and she made me feel extremely comfortable as I was a little nervous it being my first time. And made sure to ask if everything was ok with pressure. Very relaxing and clean space as well. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, thorough and experienced massage. Impressed by very welcoming environment and attention to the smallest details. From the size of the rooms, to the calming ceiling light strip that can change color, to the usb and usb-c outlet charging available and the free feminine hygiene products in the bathroom. Perfect place for massage!!!

Coming into Elements, I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect for my first ever massage. I’m happy to say my experience exceeded my expectations! The front desk was very welcoming and Mariah was amazing at soothing and relaxing my body. I loved my first session so much I purchased monthly membership because I know I will be coming back! 💖

Johnny was incredible! I went in for a 90 minute massage, along with cupping for the first time. I’ve worked retail for years and I literally couldn’t tell you the last time that my back/sciatica has felt this relieved of pain and pressure.
