Extremely unprofessional owners. Had to report them to the Labor Board due to illegal business practices, including making therapists work unpaid and including illegal policies in their contracts. The Labor Board ruled in my favor. They have also refused to cancel memberships and continued charging clients after they canceled. Also, one of the therapists who has long been employed there is a racist. I overheard her loudly discussing with her client how "George Floyd deserved to die." I had Steven for my massage. I’ve never had a massage before and was a little nervous. He explained everything in great detail and worked on areas of concern! I can’t believe how amazing I felt afterward! I had so much tension in my upper back and neck and when I tell you I have not been able to move without pain and now it’s gone. Steven is amazing! I will def be booking with him again!!!!
