I was in town for a graduation and my Hotel’s spa was closed for renovation. The front desk actually referred me to this specific Elements. Wow! This was next level. What I love most about Elements is that as soon as I walk in the door, I am the element. From sign in to walking out, I feel I am the center of the universe. I’m always greeted warmly, and what makes Elements so special is calming assurance that I’m not there to “get” a massage, I’m there for them to take away.
