I have been a loyal customer at Elements Massage for at least five years, so it is very disappointing to even have to write this review. I booked both a massage and a 1-hour facial. I do not recommend this place..I was late like 22 mts and they charged me for one hour and did massage for 37-38 mts..What the heck..They always want your card to be on file..Its really astonishing that in 2026 these kind of places like doesnt show an empathy to customers exists..I explained to them i was late due to accident at expressway..again at reception people was like ehh you came late and you get only that..I felt like i am robbed .
Went for a deep message with Justin. I couldn't be happier. He was great at what he does and knowledgeable. He made sure to ask me many questions before we started. I knew he was legit when he started inquiring about certain things with tightness I never told him! For example he knew I slumped over.. like how lol. I will be back Justin thanks!
