The front desk personnel very rude. They need customer service skills, they don even answer the phone correctly. Very disappointing!!

Great massage. Eric was wonderful , the cupping enhancement was great
At checkout I immediately expressed my disappointment to the receptionist following my massage and was informed that a manager would reach out to me. However, it has now been 48 hours and I have yet to be contacted. While my massage therapist was polite, I paid for a 60-minute deep tissue massage, but the service provided lasted only 40 minutes and felt more like the therapist was simply applying lotion, rather than delivering the intended deep tissue treatment. Very nice clean facility. Becky worked on me and did a great job. She has good hands and can do deep tissue work very well. I could tell she's quite experienced. I recommended will return
