Not a good experience here at all. Read the negative reviews, they are true. First, I was signed up for monthly membership but when you want to schedule monthly massages, they have no appointment or qualified massager therapist available. Then, if you decide to use a different location such as Eden Prairie, they do not know how to transfer your visit therefore you have to pay twice for your massages. Staff never answer the phone, manager does not exist, it is a chaos. Find a different place, not recommended.
As someone mention before...40 min !!!!!..Over the phone booked 60 min and just got a 40 min !!.Girl in front explained to me that because I filled out some paperwork and it took some time.What a joke.You can' that to customerspeople
