Great service, friendly staff, wonderful facial and massage
I have been putting off getting a massage and finally went Sunday. Oh my goodness what a wonderful massage and the massage therapist really knew what she was doing.
I’ve been a loyal member of Elements Massage in Sherwood, OR, for over a year and always had great experiences—until now. I’ve consistently spoken highly of this location, the massage therapists, and the front desk staff. However, my recent experience was appalling and completely unacceptable. On January 3rd, I canceled an appointment 21–23 hours in advance due to a scheduling conflict. Most of my experiences have been good. The therapists have been great, when my appointment isn't canceled last minute. I keep having my appointments canceled 20-30 minutes prior, one time was 10 minutes prior and I was already in the parking lot. It's been with more than one therapist as well. It's kind of frustrating being halfway to the appointment only to be turned away.
