Janifer is an angel. I have been going to chiropractors and Physical therapy and stretch classes for my lower back issues with NO relief. Ice, heat, creams nothing was working. I saw her ONCE and I haven’t had relief like this in so long. She focuses on what is bothering you and actually took away a bunch of my pain. I made another appointment the same week 😆
Rachel is absolutely the best. She pays attention to what areas need the work. She must have worked 7 to 8 knots out of my back and neck.
I’ve had a monthly membership at Elements since 2019 and will never cancel it! I look forward to my monthly massage from great massage therapists at Elements.
