Staff is professional. You see smiles when you walk in. Sean was professional as well throughout my whole massage. I felt like a new woman and well relaxed. Very clean environment
Shawn was absolutely amazing. Highly skilled and such a calming presence. I came in with so much tension and stress and after? It felt like it had all melted away! Incredible.
Massage was able to loosen tightness from PTSD. Every visit gets me closer to “normal “. Definitely recommend talking to therapist to determine best treatment options. Deep tissue massage definitely loosens up tight muscles but for me the sacral stretching does the job much better. The muscles can’t stay relaxed if their covering is too tight.
