I like this place and have been 3 times, but my most recent massage was absolute trash. The other times were great. If I could rate my most recent massage, I'd have given it a 0 - that said, just do your research, read some reviews, but I cannot recommend a single person to visit my most recent masseuse.
Great Staff Great Prices I had Kyle and he was amazing! I 100% recommend him if you are in need for deeper pressure & he is super friendly!
Been an Elements member since 2019. I have been to multiple locations owned by the same franchise owners of the Portsmouth location and been very happy, they are consistent with their quality across their locations. The Portsmouth location is very clean, has friendly front desk staff and great therapists.
