Closed without any notice and I have a massage credit and 4 gift cards I was never able to use. They said that the studio replacing them would honor but they won't.
I had a gift card given to me right before this location moved to a different location within the same shopping center. After my massage, I handed the receptionist my gift card. She stated that since this gift card was purchased at the prior studio before they relocated, they are no longer honoring them unless you become a member. This is a new policy and I will NEVER go back. I told this to the very unfriendly receptionist, who just smirked.
Anybody knows what’s going on with this location and if they are going to open the one in Bradenton on Cortez?
Unprofessional place.
THE WORST!!! This location ran a promotion in July then shut their doors a week later. I purchased a 90 min massage as a gift how embarrassing my friend can’t use. I called corporate and no response 😞
