Perfect for a really special date night! This is a great place - much better than the Northampton hot tubs. It's got a lovely 'feel' to it, gorgeously decorated and airy... I love that the rooms combine saunas and steam rooms along with the tubs. My favorite rooms are Spirit and Fire - they have saunas. Water is handicapped accessible (how cool is that!), has a steam room, and is perfect for groups (girls night out!) and families. My only complaint, the acoustics. I go to Elements outdoor tubs at least every 2 weeks but tonight I went and for the first time I was highly disappointed there was a slimy ring around the tub that just grossed me out and made me very uncomfortable!!!! Normally exceptionally super clean and enjoyable !!!!!

Omg went there last night and Loooved it!!! We did the outside tubs under a clear night, the only thing about that was you can heat the people on the other side chit chatting but we blasted the jets and tuned them out. Leah my masseuse was amazing wish I could take her home with me lol she had just the right amount of pressure and the softest hands, knocked me right out. Highly recommend her and Elements definitely coming back!!
We’ve been going there for four years and are loyal customers. I gave my daughter a $90 gift certificate for her birthday and she booked a massage right away for the next day. Then we got hit with nasty snow and sleet that day, and the roads were unsafe, so she cancelled. They took the entire $90 as a cancellation fee. No massage, no reschedule. Nothing on the website says they take your entire massage fee as a cancellation, so beware! I will never go to Elements again. They should be ashamed and I feel that we are both owed... read more
This place is awesome. I was skeptical when there weren’t many photos so I figured I’d snap a few.
I had an Ayurvedic massage/treatment with Lauren. It was the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had! Just what I needed. I highly recommend this spa. Cannot wait for my next treatment!! Thank you!!!
