Good time We've been twice and used a discount both times which has dramatically decreased the cost. It is fun for everyone. Tip: don't eat at the lodge. Food is mediocre at best. I pack the kids breakfast cereal and they have a mini fridge in each room for drinks. We do order a few snacks from the cabana bar and then eat dinner out around town. The wizard game is worth the price of the entertainment it provides when you need a break from the pool (not to mention the exercise going up and down the stairs!)
Fun Place Very expensive, but in the winter one night won't hurt. Lots of fun for the kids. They love to run around and go on all the slides and water seemed warm. Rooms nice.
Great family time Took my family to Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine the week of Thanksgiving. We stayed in a "Wolf Den". My 3 kids loved it! The lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was amazing! The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun too, but it was a little cool for my taste. My kids wore their pajamas down to story time and it was a lot of fun too. All in all it was a great bonding time for my family! They even offered us half price rate if we wanted to stay the following day. We will definitely return!
great waterpark We went to this waterpark last summer and had a blast. Good indoor and outdoor water activities. The place is nice and clean. The children and parents stay busy with fun activites. The restaurants are also good.
Elements The famliy stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and I took in a day at the spa. The services were decent (pedicure and massage), but it's way overpriced, and the amenities do not warrant the price.
Indoor Waterpark Great Wolf Lodges are so much fun. Everything is in one package. You get your hotel stay, your restaurants are all right there and then to top if off, an indoor water park with all kinds of slides, sprinkles and wave pools. There is even an arcade for the kids at night. I love these hotels.
