So happy with our backpacks! We were looking for a place that sold loungefly in Canada and found elements website and were even more thrilled they had a storefront that we could see the bags in person before buying. We sent a request through the website to arrange a time to go and Julia got back to us quickly and made herself available for us. I was a little concerned we wouldn’t find the store but there are clear signs along the way. Will be recommending to our friends to come check this store out! 🎉
Ordered online for local delivery, and they were VERY accommodating to changing the delivery location and following special delivery instructions. Extremely friendly to work with, and products I had ordered were sold at the retail price (unlike other online vendors) and in excellent shape. Highly recommend for local (and likely other locations) delivery.
Great staff, friendly and always willing to help. From puzzles, board games to card games and funko pops. Everything in one small cozy shop.
