Kristy is the absolute best. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but Kristy stands alone for her attention to detail and her intuitive approach. It also helps that she's got a relaxing space and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from and share.
I had been looking for myofascial release massage in Perth and as I was driving saw a sign outside and knew it was meant to be. She is super knowledgeable and you can trust you are in safe hands. I had some tightness and pain from gym training and office desk work and the massage really released some blockages and also the needling was really effective. I felt more relaxed and mobile.
