This place is a haven for mind, body, and soul. It is a mental gym that everyone needs to try. I had the pleasure of trying out various classes and each session was expertly led by knowledgeable instructors who seamlessly guided participants through practices that catered to all skill levels. The diversity of class offerings ensured that there was something for everyone, whether you were a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner. Extremely thankful I discovered this place, what a blessing.
A really great experience in the Community Immersion class. It was only myself and 2 friends for most of the class, so I think that matters. Might be a different experience with 15 people there. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Space was clean. I enjoyed my time and would definitely go back. Would love to try the float tank next.
