I am unimpressed that your staff feel it’s appropriate to tell endometriosis sufferers that prescription pain killers are a “quick fix” and that hypnosis & meditation is the way to go. All the meditation and hypnosis in the world won’t change the fact endometriosis has no cure. Misinformation is not what endometriosis sufferers need.
Chelsea was very easy to work with when doing my Ayurvedic Wellness Program! She explained everything to make it east to understand. iAs a beginner incorporating Yoga practices into my workout routine was easy with Chelseas guidance. She is a great at explaining the moves and giving modifications!
Chelsea is a great yoga instructor and keeps you engaged during the whole practice. She is very caring and listens to your needs for modifications in the practice. Highly recommend her and her work!
