I've been seeing Jillian for 8 months and it has been life changing. She has helped me work through my childhood traumas which has severely impacted my postpartum anxiety and anger. We started seeing Jillian for my son because I felt her practice aligned with our values. My son has a few self regulation issues and he needed guidance processing 2020, as we all do! He has had less issues arising at school and although I feel he still has a way to go and I feel the work they are doing will be seen more in time. He truly enjoys going to his sessions and he feels he is gaining skills and confidence by going.
