DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. Bought 2 lamps at the Eumundi markets and both broke. No one answers phones, emails or instagram. Very poor service.
Please if anyone can get in concat with James, I have paid for 3 lamps around the full cost of 500 and I have not recieved it has been almost 6 weeks. I cannot get in contact. No answer of his phone, face book or instagram. I have proof of payment. Very disappointing as I have purchased a lot of their products over the years. It will be reported to the police.
My partner and I had an absolutely awesome experience with Elemental Formations. I purchased a gift voucher for her for Christmas and we just cashed it in today with James at their pop-up store at the plaza. He had heaps of helpful advice and gave us a great deal on an amazing crystal lamp, couldn't recommend these guys more. Will definitely be buying more of their beautiful lamps once I have the money!
Purchased a lamp last Sunday, said it would arrive within 2-8 days. No email or response 5 days later, no answer of calls or email. Purchased for a birthday and was expecting by the estimations for it to arrive on time. Bad service never again
