The owner Rob is a great person with special magical abilities. Took my broken battery charger and waved his magic hands…and BOOM! It worked like a charm. But in all seriousness, if you’re looking for old world service, attention to detail and just an all around great bike shop then look no further than
I’ve been coming into Rob’s shop since 2009. You won’t find anyone better to fix or maintain your mountain bike. Ask him about his favourite local trails — he knows all the best nooks and cranny’s. Easy to get along with, spends your money wisely and won’t sell you items you don’t need. No need to shop anywhere else !
Cycling through Invermere, we stopped by Elemental, what a welcome surprise it was to meet and chat with Master Mechanic and owner Rob. He didn't pressure us to purchase anything and had a handful of helpful tips about our bikes, lube, etc. As well local knowledge of the swimming spots to take a dip in on this hot day. This was a welcomed treat after stopping by a previous cycling shop in Invermere, where we were ignored and had no help from! Thanks Rob!
