Very disappointing experience. Doctor Chen was rude, dismissive, and clearly impatient. He did not properly listen to my symptoms and rushed through the consultation. A medical professional should show basic respect and care toward patients, which was completely lacking here. I would not return and do not recommend him to anyone.
I’m extremely happy with both the service and the results. I noticed a positive difference within just a few days of starting my herbs. Sue truly listened to my concerns and made sure my treatment was set up according to my needs. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. Highly recommended!
