I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. An Arteaga for several months for acupuncture, and I absolutely loved my experience with her. I was dealing with gut issues, lower back pain and a generally stressed nervous system. Because my body was too sore for a lot of traditional bodywork at the time, acupuncture turned out to be a wonderful alternative for me. After thinking about having Acupuncture for years, I finally tried it and could not be happier. The ortho doctor could not fix my tennis elbow, but after a few visits with Dr. An at the Encinitas Acupuncture, my pain is greatly relieved. She does everything from cupping Acupuncture to massage. It has helped my aging body stay strong and flexible.

Qigong-- I've been meeting with Dr. Andrea or as I know her Andrea to study Qigong. I first learned about Qigong about a year ago. Andrea was teaching Qigong and Rose was providing a sound bath. Dr An listens to all concerns and addresses the body and mind as a whole. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains her techniques and perspectives and provides valuable insight and advice. I was suffering from head pains and she targeted points in my feet, back, and neck to alleviate the pain and I don't get them at all anymore! I visit her on a regular basis to keep my mind and body feeling good. Cannot recommend her enough!
