Although my massage therapist was great, I called to try and cancel an appointment ahead without an answer. Basically, they tried saying I lied and charged me for the full massage, instead of a simple non-cancellation fee! I'll never go back and I'm telling everyone that their service is terrible!
Element Day Spa has friendly staff, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Stacy does my hair and she is wonderful! She’s very helpful and gives great suggestions.
Best ever. I go biweekly for massage. It's the best investment I've ever made for my health. No more pinched nerve/numb fingers, and fewer headaches.

I've now Had 2 appointments with Sarah. Unbelievable, how much she can accomplish, not your typical massage? I don't know if I could ever go to anyone else. Beautiful atmosphere, very relaxing. Something I really look forward to.
