Best bike mechanic in town! I've had a few bikes in a few shops over the years which have left me feeling unsure about what was done and to what quality. This wasn't the case with Cam at Element. Not only did he go above and beyond my expectations for repairs/service, he spent the time to go over details on my bike and possible future bike. I was also able to get a great deal on a wetsuit and some helpful triathlon tips from Elise. Whether you're in to cycling or triathlon, this is a fantastic one stop shop.
Absolutely amazing company. Cam Elise are true experts in their field. If you want a top-of-the-line bicycle with top-of-the-line service element is the best choice by far. Last summer, I worked with Cam to build my dream bike from start to finish. He was amazing. His knowledge was incredibly helpful to guide me through the build process.
