Went there today to replace the tire tube on my Felt bike. Elaise and Cam were extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Excellent service and great to talk to!
Sells knock off products.
Please could somebody ask Cam or Elise to contact Zone3? We supplied them with $9,600 of wetsuits 2021 and despite many promises, we still have not been paid for these goods even though they have all been sold many years ago. We are a decent, honest company and are just looking to receive payment for the products supplied in good faith.
I’ve been going to see Cam and Elise since I started racing triathlons in 2014, and to this day, Element is still the only place I trust. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about their customers. I know I’m in good hands every single time I walk through the door.
