I stopped into Element one day to ask about finding and fitting a starter bike for triathlons. I'm 6'4" and had something of an idea, but not much. Elise and Cam were exceptionally kind, knowledgable, and above all, helpful in my journey to find something that worked. They were direct about what I would need, and weren't shy about steering me away from things that were not necessary, which I value in a huge way.
