I did the cryotherapy here, Starr is the employee that helped me out. She is so friendly and helpful! She guided me through the process clearly and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The cryotherapy itself was such a cool new experience for me, they have a speaker in the machine so you can listen to music which was so fun! Clean, organized, amazing employee, loved everything about Element!
First time experience doing cryotherapy and red light therapy. Starr was able to walk through and talk about the process in detail and the benefits it provides. Very professional, incredible set up, and a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this place! 10/10

Love this place. I have issues with itchy skin on hot days and workouts, and after cryo and red light it goes away for the rest of the day. Very pleased with my experience each time I come!
