I did the red light therapy and if felt sooo great. I can’t wait to come back and try all the different therapies they offer.
I did the cryotherapy here, Starr is the employee that helped me out. She is so friendly and helpful! She guided me through the process clearly and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The cryotherapy itself was such a cool new experience for me, they have a speaker in the machine so you can listen to music which was so fun! Clean, organized, amazing employee, loved everything about Element!
First time experience doing cryotherapy and red light therapy. Starr was able to walk through and talk about the process in detail and the benefits it provides. Very professional, incredible set up, and a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this place! 10/10
This place is so wonderful. Highly recommend stopping in — especially if you’re active in any way. Shoutout to Lexi and Star for being so kind and helpful. 💕💕🌸
