Had a gel manicure and pedicure done on Thursday before leaving for vacation on Friday. The next day the outside of my left ring finger and left big toe was red, swollen, hot, and sensitive. I’m old enough to remember when there was such a thing as customer service and service providers cared about your business, wanted you to be happy with the service and come back. It’s 2025 and I’ve accepted the fact that customer service is dead. That said when I pay above average amount for a service, I expect to be happy with it. That was not the case with this salon.
