Phil is absolutely amazing!! Every time I walk out of the door I’m in disbelief over how I can walk out in no pain. I have bilateral hip osteoarthritis, oa in facet joints and fibromyalgia. I have had no hip pain since my first visit. I walked in one day with a migraine and walked out in no pain. I don’t understand how it works but the man is a legend!

I’ve had a lovely couple of days at Element at Mansi, attentive staff, access to lots of different wellness treatments at reasonable prices.
What an experience we had! The wellness centre is beautiful, with amazing treatments. I left feeling rejuvenated and content. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to town. The staff looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. highly recommend!!
Words are hard to find to express how great this is. My whole body feels so rejuvenated, I am beyond relaxed. Staff are wonderful such a friendly environment.
