I had an excellent experience at Elegant Beauty Sugar Waxing Center! Jyoti was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the service. The results were perfect, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. I’m posting this a little late, but I definitely wanted to share how happy I was with the service. I would absolutely love to go again and highly recommend Jyoti to anyone looking for quality waxing!
I had facial and massages done by owner on a few occasions. Service was excellent and Joti is very professional and knowledgeable as an esthetician. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her spa is very clean and would recommend her services to anyone looking for a good massage or facial .
Hands down the best brow experience ever! Joti is not only incredibly kind but also unbelievably talented. She shaped my brows to absolute perfection, I couldn’t stop admiring them! Her touch is gentle, precise, and makes you feel so comfortable. Honestly, nothing compares to Joti, she’s truly one of a kind! Joti did it again! Kind loving incredible service. Facial was amazing and super relaxing. Waxing was fast and relatively painless.
I don’t normally write bad reviews but this woman is a very clear scammer. She tells you one price and then after the appointment, demands that you pay extra. During you appointment, she tells you a story about how a client didn’t pay her full price and how she called the cops on them to scare you into paying extra at the end. I am a very transparent person. Before starting the treatment, she told me one price and after the treatment she told me another.
