My favourite store, Elegant Steps has dressed me for most of the more memorable events of my life and in between too! Excellent staff, these girls have become family. They are so kind, honest and helpful. Karen and staff give so much back and are highly respected in our communities. I have so much respect for Karen and her team, if you don’t already shop there, you should. Great prices and excellent quality.

I bought my wife a last minute Christmas Present very late in December. Before I purchased it, I asked the staff what the return policy if she doesn’t like it. They told me “She can bring it back in January.” Today, January 6th, she took it back and was told that she only gets store credit. Found this shop and it’s a gem. They carry a good variety of footwear including Mephisto sandals if you’re a fan!! Great designer clothes including Joseph Ribkoff. Staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite stop when in Truro.

Very disappointed with our service at Elegant Steps. We are locals and have been shopping at Elegant Steps for a number of years. Went in today and were briefly served by a lady who was quick to judge, made some rude comments, and was overall unhelpful. Will chose other stores on Inglis over Elegant Steps in the future!
