Very disappointed with our service at Elegant Steps. We are locals and have been shopping at Elegant Steps for a number of years. Went in today and were briefly served by a lady who was quick to judge, made some rude comments, and was overall unhelpful. Will chose other stores on Inglis over Elegant Steps in the future!
This shop is amazing with high end fashion. I went to look for shoes for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised to find delightful staff. They didnt have what I neeeded but pointed me in the right direction. What impressed me the most is that they actually have a rack outside their doors for coats free to those in need. People of Truro you should try harder to support this local business!!!
I would like to give a big shout out to Karen B and ALL the wonderful staff at Elegant Steps in Truro, NS. They carry an amazing selection of shoes and boots and racks of clothing to suit all shapes and sizes! You are always greeted with a smile and a helpful person that is always present for questions and comments. I love shopping there and never leave without a bag of happiness.
