My wife and I had an excellent experience with Elegant Outdoor Living at their Naples store. Our primary contact was Nick, who is extremely knowledgeable with all the various products available. We purchased a dining set with 6 chairs and also a sitting area set with 4 swivel rocking chairs and ottoman. Nick was especially helpful in pointing out the features of the various options available and also with fabric color samples. Very helpful sales staff and large selection of patio furniture
My favorite selections by far , service was quick, the staff was knowledgeable on all the brands . I was completely satisfied with my experience, I highly recommend them and can’t say enough good things about the customer service from the moment I walked in through the delivery, Al and the guys were very professional ensuring my furniture was delivered in a timely manner. 5 stars from me .
