purchased a patio set -1 table, 2 swivel chairs and 4 dining chairs- two years ago for $4,127.00 and there was a problem with the swivel chairs from the beginning. Visited the store and the ware house 4 times, had multiple e-mails and phone calls but still no result. Should rather have purchased the same stuff at Costco or so for just a bit over $1,000.00. They simply do not care about any reported problem and just recently they stopped answering mails. Beware of these guys, they do not perform any after sale service ! P.S. ... read more
We bought a sectional patio living area and we just love it! We had wanted to add another piece and got a quote. When we went to order it we realized that the quote was for something different from what we had wanted. The owner was very understanding and worked with us to get additional seating. The delivery was quick and they were so virtuous to us. Great experience.
