I had two armchairs that I wanted reupholstered. After being on a waiting list for several months for another upholstery shop, I found out they had closed I contacted Rose at Elegant Interiors and she told me she could set up a consultation in about 3-4 weeks. True to her word, she called and I saw her within the week. Our first piece of furniture, bought when married 60 years ago, has gained a new lease on both beauty and usefulness thanks to the creative talents and skillful hands of Rose Palmisano owner of Elegant Interiors CNY. The before photo shows the sofa’s 60 years of heavy duty usage. The second photo reveals a sofa ready for another 60 years of family living. Rose does an AMAZING job! She reupholstered dining chair seats and they look completely brand new again. She was thorough with the estimate as well and explained what would be needed to get the job done. I appreciated this transparency. She does great work!
Rose did a fabulous job on recovering and fixing my platform rocker and 6 dining room chairs. She was very professional, thorough and fast. She knows her trade, takes pride in her work, and she is very good at it. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
GORGEOUS WORK. She transformed what was a cherished and comfortable family chair that had seen better days to a gorgeous, modern and still comfortable brand new looking piece. She also was so friendly and quick! Loved her work, don't hesitate. She's an artist.
