Started badly but rescued by Terry (MD) however it’s been downhill all the way since, starting with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Still not completed over a year later and Bifolds now failing. Never had a nightmare last so long. Company personnel have deleted their email addresses, can’t contact anyone.
Unfortunately along with many other people we have a considerable amount paid to this company for a garden office and it would seem they have ceased to trade We have been calling and emailing for weeks to chase our installation and having been to their offices this week these are shuttered with the company signage removed. This company r scammers and thieves they cannot build garden rooms the one they built for me is soaking wet full of condensation. the water filled up inside the lights and they've used totally the wrong materials even though they say they using different materials it's an absolute disgrace and they should be locked up and in prison-10-year insurance policy they're not available Terry's vanished of Planet of the Earth... they have supposed to been coming to fix the leeks and everything else in my garden. Utter shambles of a company who should be shut down and not allowed to run a business again- terrible work terribly distressing trying to project manage a build yourself as they try and get away with shoddy workmanship and then blame their own contractors- Terry accepts no responsibility for his staff and just doesn’t want to listen to your complaints- they never return calls but I have every mobile number for every staff employed if anyone wants to contact them - luckily we had a large chunk of money left to pay and only pa... read more
