I love this furniture store and Wally!!! I purchased sets and individual pieces of furniture for my house. I always have gotten exceptional service and on-time deliveries. Once I was undecided about a pair of lamps and Wally let me take them home to see if they would work BEFORE buying them. I have shopped elsewhere and Wally matches prices or gives me better deals. Do not buy from! Wally took forever to respond to my furniture issue. Purchased a living room set that began having issues from the 2nd month of purchase and even sent pictures. I documented everything. I called on several occasions for an update, only to be given the run around until my warranty expired and now he is being unprofessional and telling he has better things to deal with. I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism and how the situation was handled.
