Extremely disappointed with this business and the way it’s currently being managed. A family member of mine is renting a tux here for homecoming, and both the owner, Jalin Wood, and one of her employees were shockingly unprofessional and rude. They failed to provide any guidance on how the tux was supposed to look or fit, and their overall attitude was dismissive and unpleasant.
