This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review like this. The owner Cinthia has shown that she cares more about money than customer satisfaction. It is sad to hear that they are able to even speak to clients with such a condescending tone when trying to resolve a simple matter. I highly recommend Elegant Quince and Formal Boutique to anyone searching for the perfect quince dress. Their wonderful costumer service, stunning selections, and welcoming environment made our experience like no other!
My daughter’s junior prom is coming up at the end of February. We went to the mall and they didn’t have much there that she fit her personality and was looking for. We went to Elegant and were blown away by the beautiful dresses and most of all the customer service! I would recommend this place to everyone. I am so impressed with the customer service and care that was shown while my daughter tried on dresses.
Incredibly helpful, attentive, kind, and easy to work with! They made it so easy for us. From our first visit, to trying on the dresses, all the way to ensuring it was in our hands, steamed and ready to go! Their customer service is phenomenal, their expertise is undebatable, and their selection and care is top tier. Super grateful we found them!
