My experience was not very pleasant. Went in with my grand daughter to find prom dress and all staff walked past us as we didn't exist. It wasn't busy at all to say as to why we weren't greet or at least escorted out.( sarcasm). The atmosphere was very unwelcone and cold. To save black customers the trouble don't bothered. Plus all the dresses seems to bern XXL SIZES.

Elegant Couture provides THE BEST customer service, offers a variety of styles & prices! After trying gowns via online orders, I needed a gown before flying out of town the next day! Eman & Malak were awesome! I found a gown but it needed alterations! Eman called several seamstress who could complete the altercations by Sunday, they would pick it up on my behalf and ship to me on Monday. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAM ARTIST! The entire experience once the dress I ordered arrived at the store was horrendous. Have you ever seen a beautiful picture of something online that you wanted to order, that got great reviews and then it showed up looking like a 6 year old in Asia sewed it? Definitely recommend this boutique. Emma is great working with. They have the best selection of dresses. Get almost every dress from here.
We had an amazing time!! The staff was so friendly and so helpful!! The prices were so affordable and we walked out with the perfect dress for prom. They have a seamstress on site for alterations. The whole process was so enjoyable!! We will be back for any upcoming occasions!!!
