If you are looking for good customer service then Elegant is NOT the the place for you After 3 requests to have someone check my existing timber blinds to ensure the one I was ordering was the same width slat as my existing blinds the representative attended when I was not home even though I had requested a phone call beforehand to ensure I was present.
