A great family business, Ara is very knowledgeable, kind, and always has a good deal. Now days it’s hard to find family business that are still operating for more than four decades, elegance is one of them and I am sure they are doing something right. My family’s house was always furnished by his dad, and now ours is by his son. Definitely recommended.
Great dining chairs and even better service! I ordered delivery and completely forgot about the delivery time that day. I wasn’t home, but Ara was incredibly understanding. He dropped the chairs off in front of my place without any fuss. Truly appreciated the smooth, hassle-free experience!
We were recommended to Kind & Woodi by a friend, but when we arrived we accidentally walked into the furniture store next door. We asked the owner if this was Kind & Woodi, but instead of telling us it wasn't, he tried to keep us there and sell us his own furniture. It felt misleading and uncomfortable. I came to this store by mistake, thinking it was Kind & Woodi Furniture, which is right next door. When I asked the owner, Ara, if this was Kind & Woodi, he avoided answering several times and never directed me to the correct store. Instead, he tried to sell me his own furniture. It's disappointing to see an owner act this way toward new customers. A simple honest answer would have been the right thing to do. Please double-check that you're at the real Kind & Woodi Furniture before buying-it's the store next door!
