Extremely unprofessional. Jack came to take the measurements, but sent someone else to do the installation. They are block out blinds. When they installed it initially they installed it the wrong way and there was a large gap between the glass panel and the blinds which is the complete opposite of why we wanted block out blinds (see photo attached). I recently had roller blinds installed at my home at Kingsgrove by Elegance Blinds . Ben is very friendly and down to the earth. He provide quote prince at same day. And he took the time to explain to me everything in detail. The quality of roller blinds is above standard. I am very much looking forward to having my fly screen and shutters install soon. Good customer services . Highly recommend !
