Avoid. The proudly stated MD Richard brown is decidedly and intentionally awkward when it comes to offering support. As the single UK supplier for some manufacturers, refuses to offer part support or even contact the manufacturer.
I am an 80+ pensioner who had the misfortune of selecting an Electorad Vanguard 2000 Heater It was on paper a very simple heater to operate (Boy was I wrong ) The manual seems to have been written by a Martian And the control panel is a total waste of time. it seems to have a life of its own The panel is very difficult to read without the aid of a magnifying glass Particularly as the back ground colour confuses the eyes and the digits become indistinct As my knowledge of advanced technology is not great I telephoned the Help... read more
Service was excellent. Arrived on time. Disappointed that delivery man would not take pallet back.Radiator works well but instruction manual is very poor, especially the section on setting the timer. Needs simple step by step instructions I have given up trying to set the timer and now only turn it on manually.
