Can't say thanks enough, my phone became stuck during an update and after numerous attempts to update or restore it just wasn't working. After discussing the issue and mentioning I had a backup the owner quickly connected my phone to their machine and managed to erase and reset the phone! then offered more advise on how to restore from my backup at home. Super knowledgeable and experienced. The phone is restored and working again now. Once again thanks for you help! I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.
