Very rude and incompetent lady, messed up my taxes despite given her instructions, refused to file an amended return for me., she gave my W2 to an inexperienced person to file my taxes after charging me a fee of $250. I ended up using a reliable source for an amended return, got extra federal refund and my state taxes back which I wasn’t suppose to pay because I am an active duty member and resident of the state.
