I was referred to him by FM T.V & Stereo as I needed my Yamaha receiver looked at as I've had it about 15-20 years and never serviced it. When I dropped it off, he told me he asks for a $50 retainer, which I totally understood as he has things there that were dropped off a year ago and never picked up.
