Rude rude rude! Very rude on phone. Made it sound like an inconvenience for an in home repair and wanted to charge $60 for an emailed quote! Do not go here. Customer service is a joke!
Yes, He might appear rude but he is great at what he does and he doesn't give up. It's not really rudeness as an absence of people skills, I think. I spent a fairly long time looking at his back while he worked on my item. He could've told me I could leave and he'd call me but instead I waited in that small little place looking at his back. Lol. But, he was determined to fix an item that others would've not even tried. So, I respect him for that. Plus, he charges fairly. Will return.
Electronic Repair Depot is a very helpful last week and getting my units back to work and the cost. If it was worth it? Very friendly and personable. Thanks again for your honesty.
Highly recommend this company!! Took our convection oven/microwave for service on Thursday, ready the next day. Would definitely use them again.
