Andy and Nate came by yesterday to install Control 4 in my family room. They were very knowledgeable and professional regarding the install and helping answer my questions. They took the time to insure that everything worked properly and that I understand how to use all the equipment. I highly recommend Electronic Integration and Andy and Nate for their outstanding customer service!!
System had several failures which other services could not figure out. Electronic Integration came in and had everything running smoothly. They also showed us how to better use our system. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly and were also very patient with us non techy customers.
Excellent service and beautiful sound.
I had a very good experience with the team that came out to set me up with a new remote and controller. They arrived right when they said they were, and did a good job of explaining to me the changes that were taking place.
Good albeit not inexpensive option to cable. The installers were efficient and patient. Still groping my way. I strongly recommend them if you want to get rid of cable which was an expensive pain.
