not a very easy place to do business with. they do not stand behind their products either. in my experience the batteries are not of a good quality and the worst part is the hassle you get when you attempt a warranty coverage.
So I would never ever suggest this place to anyone. Customer service has always sucked but, its located close to my business so I dealt with it. In 2017, I purchased 8 batteries for 8 different mowers. Every battery has been replaced within 1 year. I had them checked at several different places so there would be no bias and every company came back that they were bad batteries except Electrolife.
